The 230 square meter west section of the villa is completely independent from the east section. It is comprised of two floors that are connected by the outdoor stone staircase and an indoor wooden ladder. It also has exclusive use of the secluded yard with the garden, the Loggia and the large veranda overlooking the Chora and the surrounding seas.
