The east section of the villa consists of an apartment with 100 square meters of spacious bedrooms and living rooms along with a fully equipped kitchen.

An old wooden ladder leads to the huge terrace with breathtaking views of the Icarian sea, the St. John's monastery etc.

The East wing can also connect to the West wing to accommodate larger groups if needed.
